Responsibilities:

  • Provide staff support to sales department and Branch Manager
  • Support sales department through the preparation and processing of truck sales, delivery documents and scheduling
  • Monitor and track truck inventory
  • Assist accounting department with cash receipts and deposits, and customer payment history and trends
  • Provide back up support for other administrative staff responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Maintain new and used truck inventory records
  • Assist with marketing media efforts
  • Coordinate inventory moves with shuttle drivers
  • Arrange for truck detailing
  • Answering a multi-line telephone, directing calls, and taking messages as required
  • Greeting customers and handling their questions and concerns quickly and professionally
  • Accepting customer payments and ensuring transactions and properly document
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Process payable invoices to facilitate posting by accounting department
  • Prepares and drafts delivery documents needed to support sales staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of office related experience preferred
  • Experience answering phones, addressing customer concerns and MS office (Excel and Word)
  • Strong organizational skills, detailed and accurate ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written, verbal, and customer communication skills
  • Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
  • Strong ability to use discretion and sound judgement
