Responsibilities:
- Provide staff support to sales department and Branch Manager
- Support sales department through the preparation and processing of truck sales, delivery documents and scheduling
- Monitor and track truck inventory
- Assist accounting department with cash receipts and deposits, and customer payment history and trends
- Provide back up support for other administrative staff responsibilities
Primary Duties:
- Maintain new and used truck inventory records
- Assist with marketing media efforts
- Coordinate inventory moves with shuttle drivers
- Arrange for truck detailing
- Answering a multi-line telephone, directing calls, and taking messages as required
- Greeting customers and handling their questions and concerns quickly and professionally
- Accepting customer payments and ensuring transactions and properly document
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Process payable invoices to facilitate posting by accounting department
- Prepares and drafts delivery documents needed to support sales staff
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of office related experience preferred
- Experience answering phones, addressing customer concerns and MS office (Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational skills, detailed and accurate ability to prioritize
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer communication skills
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Strong ability to use discretion and sound judgement
