Dedicated Fleet Services, located in Janesville, WI, is currently accepting applications for our open Parts Specialist position. Main responsibilities will include ordering truck parts and managing parts distribution/inventory. Excellent benefits offered.   • Order heavy-duty and light-duty truck parts
  • Efficiently manages parts distribution to assist with shop flow
  • Maintain updated and operational inventory at all times
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services provided

Primary Duties:

  • Coordinate parts distribution to the service department
  • Develops and maintains full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies
  • Maintains parts-related correspondence
  • Successfully completes training courses as assigned
  • Keeps up to date on new products


  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree (AA) preferred
  • Computer, mathematical and customer service skills
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 – 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements
  • Ability to demonstrate product knowledge to assist with purchase decisions
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
