The 12.9-liter EPA MX-13 delivers 405 to 510 horsepower and 1,550 to 1,850 lb.-ft. of torque, with peak torque arriving as low as 900 RPM. That broad, low-end torque curve means less shifting, quieter operation, and a more relaxed drive, whether you’re running linehaul or vocational.

Durability is engineered in. Every MX-13 is validated through multimillion-mile endurance testing and backed by a base warranty of 2 years or 250,000 miles, plus major component coverage for 5 years or 500,000 miles. Oil change intervals stretch to 75,000 miles in linehaul duty, keeping routine maintenance costs low across the life of the engine.

At 2,500 pounds dry, the MX-13 saves up to 450 pounds compared to 15-liter engines, weight that goes straight back into payload. And with remote diagnostics standard on every unit, you get faster, more focused uptime support when it matters most.
