Bill Kozek joined the Board of CSM Companies in 2018 and officially joined CSM as its Chief Operating Officer in 2019. He assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in June 2020.
Prior to his work with CSM, Bill was with Navistar International Corp. for five years as president of the company’s North America Truck and Parts business.
He spent 26 years at PACCAR with most pertinent positions held including Vice President and General Manager of its Peterbilt Motors Company (US & Canada operations), Vice President of PACCAR China (purchasing and business development) and Vice President and General Manager of PACCAR’s Kenworth division (US & Canada operations).
Bill received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics from Miami University of Ohio. He received his MBA from St. Mary’s College in California and is a member of the Stanford Executive Leadership Program. He is also a non-practicing CPA.
