Jim Moeller joined CSM Companies in 2007. As Executive Chairman, he oversees CSM executive leadership team in the operations of the company along with strategic direction and initiatives to position the organization for future growth and continued success.
Prior to joining CSM, Jim spent eight years with PACCAR in various sales, managerial and leadership positions including Midwest Regional Manager for Kenworth Truck Company. The extensive experience with PACCAR along with supporting a variety of dealer operations across the country provided an opportunity to understand operational excellence and dealership growth potential.
When Jim joined the organization in 2007, CSM operated five Kenworth dealerships with approximately 130 associates. Today, CSM Truck is one of the largest franchised commercial vehicle dealer groups in the world with over 1,000 associates and 22 commercial vehicle dealerships located in five states.
CSM also operates two franchised automotive dealerships and two independent service facilities along with various wholly owned subsidiaries that facilitate leasing and financing.
Jim received his business of administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in 1999. He is the majority owner of CSM group of companies.
