Premier Leasing is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Lease and Rental Sales Executive in Madison! This position is ideal for someone with prior sales and customer service experience, effective communication skills, and works well under pressure.   • Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Consult with customers after contract signing to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
  • Prepare estimates, and proposals that meet specific customer needs
  • Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing customers, participating in organizations and associations, and attending trade shows and conferences
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales
  • Provide account management to lease customers by resolving operational and financial conflicts.
  • Build relationships with leasing customers by acting as a transportation consultant, conducting periodic reviews, and managing the voice of the customer process.
  • Complete administrative duties related to account management by following up on accounts receivable, equipment delivery, completing reports, etc
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by manager

Primary Duties:

  • Call on all assigned accounts as scheduled and file complete and timely call reports
  • Maintain current data for customer profiles in company databases
  • Successfully complete product and sales training courses as assigned
  • Develop and maintain full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies
  • Facilitate resolution of customer satisfaction issues including coordination and follow up with other departments and branches
  • Facilitate timely deliveries of customer units


  • Some sales and customer service experience required, with service and transportation industry preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Customer service skills, flexibility, and strong phone skills are required
  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record required, Commercial Drivers License (CDL), or ability to obtain CDL, preferred
  • High School degree or equivalent required
  • Some college or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented and results driven
  • Ability to prioritize and handle numerous tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work well under pressure while assisting a wide variety of customers and fostering relationships with key industry contacts
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Ability to work 8 – 10 hour days, including overtime hours as needed
  • Ability to work outdoors and in an environment with occasional exposure to weather elements
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
